Hope 4 Life Uganda targets girls, Women and youths between the ages of 10-35 years.
At Hope 4 Life Uganda, we are a grass-roots, volunteer-based organization led by young women. Our mission is to champion youth and women’s empowerment, advocate for climate justice, and promote civic spaces in rural areas of Eastern Uganda. We prioritize addressing the needs of marginalized groups, including young people living with disabilities, those living with HIV, and young women in hard-to-reach like Busoga, refugee settlements, and urban slums of Kampala.
The Safe Space Project aims to provide appropriate and age-friendly SRHR information to 500 adolescent girls and boys in schools in rural areas of Uganda. We focus on promoting menstruation management, breaking stigma, providing career guidance, school mentorships, and peer-to-peer learning. This project targets adolescents aged between 10-18 years and empowers school leaders to pass on vital information to their peers.
Our Space Project is a collaborative initiative aimed at promoting youth civic empowerment and enhancing participation in decision-making processes in public affairs across Uganda, Kenya, and Zambia. This project focuses on creating and sustaining civic spaces and forums at regional and international levels, ensuring diverse youth participation, particularly among young women, in political inclusion and democratic participation discussions.
Our Climate Change Project focuses on enhancing awareness of existing climate laws, offering strategic litigation, engaging in regulatory and policy challenges, holding corporations accountable, protecting the environment, and raising awareness through public mobilization and action. We support youth district leaders and environmental defenders in addressing pollution and degradation affecting Lake Victoria.

At Hope 4 Life Uganda, our mission is to create safe spaces and empower marginalized communities in rural and urban slum areas of Uganda. We are a grassroots, volunteer-based, young-female-led organization dedicated to fostering knowledge, assertiveness, and communication skills among women and youth. Our holistic approach ensures that everyone, regardless of their background, has the opportunity to thrive and make their voices heard.
We prioritize addressing the needs of young people living with disabilities, those living with HIV, and young women in hard-to-reach areas such as Busoga, refugee settlements, and urban slums of Kampala. Our initiatives span across multiple critical areas to ensure comprehensive support and empowerment.
